A Psycho-Educational Group for Ongoing Sobriety Support

Whether you’re completing treatment, engaged in individual therapy, seeking aftercare, or beginning your journey with little formal support, this group is for you.
Doing Life connects individuals at various stages of recovery to learn, grow, and gain tools for long-term sobriety-all with guidance from a professional facilitator.
Group Focus Includes:
• Relapse prevention strategies Managing difficult emotions
• Coping tools for everyday challenge
• Stress management grounding techniques
• Building healthy routines supportive connections
Participants often share that this group helps them feel understood, supported, and more confident in their recovery journey.You don’t have to do life alone.
What You Can Expect:
A safe, confidential, and compassionate group environment Practical tools you can use right away Accountability, encouragement, and connection with peers who “get it”
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 months of sobriety Consistent attendance for weekly 90-minute sessions • 6-week minimum commitment for continuity
Fees: $45 per session
